Painting of a Lobster Boat Entering Scituate Harbor, Massachusetts

I grew up in Scituate, Massachusetts. The Cedar Point Lighthouse at the mouth of Scituate Harbor was an important landmark of my youth and one of the main reasons I became obsessed with the lightouses of New England.
This painting was done in gouache on panel with a focus on the pastel grays and yellows of Cedar Point providing a background for the dark blue lobster boat to stand out against.
The original artwork is 9×12 gouache on panel and has been SOLD.
